Welcome to the Jungle Gym Membership Policy
Waiver Requirement: In order to become a member of Welcome to the Jungle gym, all individuals must sign a waiver form prior to using our facilities and participating in any activities. This waiver outlines the assumption of risks associated with physical exercise and releases Welcome to the Jungle gym from liability for any injuries sustained on the premises.
Health Condition Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform Welcome to the Jungle gym staff of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to engage in physical activity. This information is crucial for our team to provide appropriate guidance and support during your workouts. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in termination of membership.
Media Waiver Agreement: By becoming a member of Welcome to the Jungle gym, you consent to the use of photos and videos featuring you within the gym premises for promotional purposes. These images and footage may be used on our social media platforms, website, or other marketing materials. If you wish to opt-out of this agreement, please notify the management in writing.
Cancellation Policy: Members are required to provide a 30-day written notice to cancel their membership. Failure to give the appropriate notice will result in continued membership fees for the subsequent month.
Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while using the gym facilities. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or endangering to others may result in immediate membership termination.
Guest Policy: Members may bring guests to the gym under specific terms outlined by the Welcome to the Jungle gym management. Guests must sign a waiver and adhere to the gym's rules and regulations.
Facility Use and Hours: Members have access to the gym during operating hours as specified by Welcome to the Jungle gym. Any changes in operating hours will be communicated in advance to the members.
Membership Dues: Membership dues are to be paid in a timely manner as outlined in the membership agreement. Failure to pay dues may result in suspension or termination of membership.
